There are two men named Sacar in the Bible:

  • A Hararite (הררי), whose son Ahiam is one of David's mighty-men (1 Chronicles 11:35). In 2 Samuel 23:33 this man is called Sharar the Ararite (אררי).
  • A son of Obed-edom of Levi, the gatekeeper (1 Chronicles 26:4).
