And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.

But when Herod's birthday was kept, the daughter of Herodias danced before them, and pleased Herod.

Saying unto them, Go into the village over against you, and straightway ye shall find an ass tied, and a colt with her: loose [them,] and bring [them] unto me.

And brought the ass, and the colt, and put on them their clothes, and they set [him] thereon.

Rise, let us be going: behold, he is at hand that doth betray me.

And he said unto them, Let us go into the next towns, that I may preach there also: for therefore came I forth.

And saith unto them, Go your way into the village over against you: and as soon as ye be entered into it, ye shall find a colt tied, whereon never man sat; loose him, and bring [him. ]

And they brought the colt to Jesus, and cast their garments on him; and he sat upon him.

But when they shall lead [you,] and deliver you up, take no thought beforehand what ye shall speak, neither do ye premeditate: but whatsoever shall be given you in that hour, that speak ye: for it is not ye that speak, but the Holy Ghost.

Rise up, let us go; lo, he that betrayeth me is at hand.

And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,

And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence:

And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong.

Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.

And went to [him,] and bound up his wounds, pouring in oil and wine, and set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him.

And Jesus stood, and commanded him to be brought unto him: and when he was come near, he asked him,

But those mine enemies, which would not that I should reign over them, bring hither, and slay [them] before me.

Saying, Go ye into the village over against [you;] in the which at your entering ye shall find a colt tied, whereon yet never man sat: loose him, and bring [him hither. ]

And they brought him to Jesus: and they cast their garments upon the colt, and they set Jesus thereon.

But before all these, they shall lay their hands on you, and persecute [you,] delivering [you] up to the synagogues, and into prisons, being brought before kings and rulers for my name's sake.

Then took they him, and led [him,] and brought him into the high priest's house. And Peter followed afar off.

And the whole multitude of them arose, and led him unto Pilate.

And there were also two others, malefactors, led with him to be put to death.

But we trusted that it had been he which should have redeemed Israel: and beside all this, to day is the third day since these things were done.

And he brought him to Jesus. And when Jesus beheld him, he said, Thou art Simon the son of Jona: thou shalt be called Cephas, which is by interpretation, A stone.

Then came the officers to the chief priests and Pharisees; and they said unto them, Why have ye not brought him?

And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,

They brought to the Pharisees him that aforetime was blind.

And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, [and] one shepherd.

Then after that saith he to [his] disciples, Let us go into Judaea again.

And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe; nevertheless let us go unto him.

Then said Thomas, which is called Didymus, unto his fellowdisciples, Let us also go, that we may die with him.

But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.

Then led they Jesus from Caiaphas unto the hall of judgment: and it was early; and they themselves went not into the judgment hall, lest they should be defiled; but that they might eat the passover.

Pilate therefore went forth again, and saith unto them, Behold, I bring him forth to you, that ye may know that I find no fault in him.

When Pilate therefore heard that saying, he brought Jesus forth, and sat down in the judgment seat in a place that is called the Pavement, but in the Hebrew, Gabbatha.

Then delivered he him therefore unto them to be crucified. And they took Jesus, and led [him] away.

And when they heard [that,] they entered into the temple early in the morning, and taught. But the high priest came, and they that were with him, and called the council together, and all the senate of the children of Israel and sent to the prison to have them brought.

Then went the captain with the officers, and brought them without violence: for they feared the people, lest they should have been stoned.

And when they had brought them, they set [them] before the council: and the high priest asked them,

And they stirred up the people, and the elders, and the scribes, and came upon [him,] and caught him, and brought [him] to the council,

The place of the scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so opened he not his mouth:

And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.

But all that heard [him] were amazed, and said; Is not this he that destroyed them which called on this name in Jerusalem, and came hither for that intent, that he might bring them bound unto the chief priests?

But Barnabas took him, and brought [him] to the apostles, and declared unto them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus.

And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch.

Of this man's seed hath God according to [his] promise raised unto Israel a Saviour, Jesus:

But the Jews which believed not, moved with envy, took unto them certain lewd fellows of the baser sort, and gathered a company, and set all the city on an uproar, and assaulted the house of Jason, and sought to bring them out to the people.

And they that conducted Paul brought him unto Athens: and receiving a commandment unto Silas and Timotheus for to come to him with all speed, they departed.

And they took him, and brought him unto Areopagus, saying, May we know what this new doctrine, whereof thou speakest, [is? ]
