The verb נבח (nabah) means to bark (what a dog does) and is used only once in the Bible, namely in Isaiah 56:10, where [presumably YHWH's] watchmen (prophets?) are blind, ignorant and like dumb dogs unable to bark. This verb has no derivatives other than below name(s).
